Azacca™ hops come from Washington State. Named for the Haitian god of agriculture.
Azacca™ is a dual purpose hop and shows well as a single hop in a simple malt bill. The aromas are intense and tropical. Citrus, mango, pears, apples and some pine needles.
Alpha Acids 14-16% and beta acids 4-5.5%
