A food grade polypropylene cheese mold. Used when making up to 2 pounds of cheese from 2 gallons of milk.
This 2 lb cheese mold does not need the amount of weight for pressing as our larger mold so therefore does not need a closed bottom to contain the curd mass. The open bottom also provides the best drainage.
