Supreme Apple Cider Mother of Vinegar 8oz.

This cider mother of vinegar is perfect for making up to 1 quart (32oz) of cider vinegar 11-16% ABV, add 8oz of mother and 8oz of water to 16oz of hard cider to make the 1 quart of vinegar. Place in wood, glass or food safe HDPE plastic with a removable top of holes allowing for aeration. Cover holes or open top with a cheesecloth to prevent insect infestation. Allow to sit 6-12 weeks. Best temperatures are 80-85 F. You can reuse the new mother from your vinegar for your next batch.
