Briess Caramel 10L gives a sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. The candy like sweetness and nmild caramel flavor make it perfect for Blondes and Pilsners. Caramel Malt is also know for improving foam and enhancing viscosity.

Usage Levels:

  • 3-7% For balance in pilsners
  • 5-10% California Common, Vienna Lager, Bock- Dark Lager
  • 5-15% for a variety of Pale Ales, IPA and more
