Omega Yeast Labs Voss Kveik Oyl-61 is a traditional Norwegian Farmhouse strain from the Gjernes farmhouse. Its character changes little over its broad temperature range, like the hothead strain, but with orange and citrus notes. Voss Kveik is non phenolic and pairs well with citrusy, fruity hops. Hothead is happy anywhere in its temperature range but ferment this one warm to increase it relatively low fermentation speed.
