Use to ferment sugar up to 20% abv in 5-7 or up to 14.5% abv in 48 hours. Produces a premium quality alcohol wash/base. Optimum conditions allowing.

To use mix up 4 gallons of warm water in a 7.9 gallon bucket. Add 13 pounds of sugar to reach 14.5% abv or 17 pounds to reach 20% abv. Add yeast and stir well. Let ferment 68-86 for 14.5% abv and 60-77% for 20% abv
