Cascade Leaf 2 oz
Cascade is used mainly for its aromatic properties, this hop is an all purpose hop also used for bittering. Its character is slightly citrus. Floral, Citrusy Grapefruit like Aroma. Use - American-Style Ales, especially Pale Ales, IPA Porter, Barley wines; Can also be used in Witbier. Possible Substitutions - Centennial, Amarillo, to a lesser extent Columbus Alpha acid - 4.5 - 7.0%. These are whole leaf hops.
