Briess crystal 120L gives a pronounced to sharp caramel flavor, burnt sugar, raisiny, prunes & a deep red color. Roasted caramel malt impart red to deep red color.
Use 3-15% in amber and red beers; 10-15% in bock beers; 7-15% in dark beers; and 10-15% in Porter and Stout.
