This kettle maybe used for Boiling, sparging or mashing. It will not hold the temp of the mash complexly but you could wrap it up or insulate it. Has two ports for a ball valve and a thermometer. Bottom Coupler is 1.5" off the bottom and the top one, for the thermometer is 6" off the bottom. Graduated volume markers from 1-7 gallons. Lid Included. Wall and bottom thickness is 1.0mm. Dimensions are 11.81"D x 16.93H
