Calcium Chloride in a one pound bag.
Calcium chloride will lower pH and add water hardness to beer; 1 gram per gallon adds 72ppm calcium, 127ppm chloride. Add up to one per 5 gallons before the boil. Can also increase mouthfeel and softness for hazy IPAs.
