Additionally, the back of the tap handle features a chalkboard surface that can be written on as well, which is a handy tool if your tap handle needs to be seen from both sides. The insert is made of a thin sheet of metal and coated with chalkboard paint. The outer portion of the tap handle is made of wood and is also painted with chalkboard paint.
