This yeast strain, BE134, is recommended for Belgian Saison style beers and is characterized by a particularly high attenuation. BE-134 gives fruit aromas with spicy character such as clove notes. This strain will produce highly refreshing and drinkable beers.

Ferment between 64.4 - 82.4F. Attenuation up to 90%.
