Fest Bier, or Oktoberfest, was historically brewing in the spring and aged in cold caves over the summer for fall consumption. Tradition aside, this copper colored Lager emphasizes the German malt flavor and is easily enjoyed year round. Featured ingredients include, Hallertaur and Saaz hops with Pilsner malt.
