Shipping Policy
1. Shipping costs are determined by weight and zip code.

2. If your order is incorrect or an item arrives broken, please call 888-BREW-NOW and we will ensure that you get the help you need.

3. Liquid yeast will be shipped with a cold pack that only lasts for so long; if the yeast arrives warm, it may just take a bit longer to react but will otherwise be fine. We have verified this with experts that ship internationally and regularly deal with long shipping times, so there is no need to be concerned.

Returns Policy
It isn’t usual that we get returns, but we realize that you may want to send an item back. Was the wrong kit purchased or did something break during shipping? We will take care of it!

1. For all returns, please contact us within 60 days.

2. The only items for which we cannot accept returns are: cracked grain, Bulk LME, yeast, and hops, unless they are defective. Please give us a call or come in for a visit and we can work any concerns out. Returns may be brought back to the store for store credit or a full refund. If you would like to ship items back to us, just give us a call at 888-BREW-NOW and we will get you a label to return your goodies. If something is broken in your shipment, give us a call and we will send you a replacement (we may ask you to email us a picture of the item).
