Amarillo® is mainly used for its aromatic properties, and also for its bittering properties due to its lower co-humulone content. Amarillo® has Floral and Citrusy Aroma. Somewhat of a Cascade type. Use - American Ales, IPA's. Possible Substitutions - Cascade, Centennial, possibly Chinook, Ahtanum. These are whole leaf hops.
