One package of windsor yeast is good for up to 5 gallons of beer. Windsor is for the homebrew wanting to make authentic English Style ales. Windsor will produce a beer which is estery to both palate and nose with a slight fresh yeasty flavor. Beers created with Windsor are usually described as full bodied, fruity English Ales. Great for pale ales to porters with moderate alcohol levels. Recommended fermentation temperature range is 64-70F. With quick start to fermentation can be completed in as fast as 3 days.
