Brewer's Best Kolsch 1 gallon kit will make 1 gallon of a crisp, clean, easy drinking ale!

This Kolsch has a straw yellow hue similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter and uses pilsen malt and a small amount of wheat. In order to achieve the lager like characteristics this ale is famous for, a liquid kolsch yeast is recommended but not included. This kit does come with a pack of dry yeast that will also work.
